Very high density foam

Our very high density PVC foam can be used for various applications (anti-fatigue mats, vibration damping, mounting tape, ….) as a cost-effective and high quality foam solution. This very high density foam is available in different thicknesses, colours and with special options.

Density of 320-350 kg/m³
Very fine cell structure with skin on top and bottom which gives easy conversion
Very good compression set performances and dimensional stability
Thicknesses from 1 mm up to 12 mm
Self-extinguishing
Temperature resistance: -30° C to +60° C
CFC, cadmium and lead free
Very good ageing properties
Excellent resistance to various chemicals, weather and UV influences
Passes FMVSS 302
Water seal at 10% compression
