High density foam

Our high density PVC foam can be used for various applications (water seal, security glazing, transport pads, …) as a cost-effective and high quality foam solution. This high density foam is available in different thicknesses, colours and with special options.

Characteristics

Densities of 220-250 kg/m³ and 260-290 kg/m³
Very fine cell structure with skin on top and bottom which gives easy conversion
Thicknesses from 1 mm up to 15 mm
Self-extinguishing
Temperature resistance: -30° C to +60° C
CFC, cadmium and lead free
Very good ageing properties
Excellent resistance to various chemicals, weather and UV influences
Passes FMVSS 302
Water seal at 15% compression
