Glazing foam

Our Glazing Foam is a soft foam specially developed for the glazing industry. When bonded to cork or another foam, this foam becomes an excellent spacer for glass transport and/or storage. Our Glazing Foam is self-adherent so no adhesive is necessary for our foam to stick on glass.

Characteristics

Density of 100 – 125 kg/m³
Natural sticking onto glass and other smooth surfaces
No stains or “ghosting” marks on the glass
Very fine cell structure with skin on top and bottom which gives easy conversion
Very good compression set performances and dimensional stability
Thicknesses of 2 mm and 2,5 mm
Self-extinguishing
Temperature resistance: -30° C to +60° C
CFC, cadmium and lead free
Superior ageing properties and very good resistance to oxidation
Excellent resistance to various chemicals, weather and UV influences
