SPECIAL GRADES :
Several special grades can be manufactured at a premium, such as:
a. SR (= Slow
Recovery) and QR (= Quick Recovery) can be supplied without premium.
b. BBS (=
super soft) at 5 % surcharge.
c. Our P.V.C.
foams are by nature self-extinguishing. To comply with specific standards,
following special grades are available:
A
DIN 4102 B2 execution, type NB, is possible for certain density-groups
(also see scheme) at a premium of 10 %.
NB
is combined:
-
with SR in densities 130/160 and 170/200.
-
with ST in D.220/250 and D.260/290 (ST = Standard).
An
FMVSS 302 grade, type FR, is available in D. 220/250, combined with ST.
Premium
10 %.
d. Our P.V.C.foams
resist to constant temperatures of -30° C to +60° C.
A
special grade CC, resistant to constant temperatures onto +100° C
can be supplied in any density at a premium of 10 %,
only in following combinations:
-
as SRcc in densities 100/125, 130/160 and 170/200
-
as STcc in densities 220/250 and 260/290.
e. ES (= Extra
Sticking) can be supplied in combination with QR in density 100/125 at
a premium of 10 %.
f. EH,
extra hard Shore 00: 70-80 is calculated on request, in D.220/250.
